Q. Do I have to complete the E‐PLAY GAME to find out if my ticket is a winner?
A. No. The E‐PLAY GAME adds value to the traditional zing experience by adding sound and motion to the game, but it’s not necessary to complete the game to know if you’ve won a prize. The prize outcome is predetermined and coded into the zing lottery ticket. To find out if your ticket is a winner, you may: scan the lottery prize barcode under latex using the Lotto Spot! App on your smartphone, or scan the lottery prize barcode under latex using a self-ticket‐checker at a WCLC Lottery Retailer, or validate your lottery ticket for prizes by a WCLC Lottery Retailer.
 
Q. Why do I not get a prize result indicated when I scan my ticket at a Retailer or use the Lotto Spot! App?
A. You must scan the rectangular lottery pdf barcode under latex that is contained in the Main Play Area of your zing ticket to find out if your ticket is a winner using the self‐ticket‐checker or Lotto Spot! App. Do not scan the square E‐PLAY GAME QR code with a self‐ticket-checker or Lotto Spot! App.
 
Q. How many CALL LETTERS are available in this game?
A. In the main CROSSWORD PUZZLE game, there are a total of 18 CALL LETTERS available to open and match to letters in the CROSSWORD PUZZLE. In the BONUS ROUND, there are a total of 14 CALL LETTERS available to open and match to letters in the GAMES 1 through 5 WORDS.
 
Q. How do I unlock the BONUS ROUND?
A. In the main CROSSWORD PUZZLE, there is a MULTIPLIER that when clicked will potentially reveal a BONUS ROUND SYMBOL ( BONUS ). If this symbol is revealed, it will unlock the BONUS ROUND.
 
Q. How do I win with one “WORD” on the CROSSWORD PUZZLE?
A. You can win on the CROSSWORD PUZZLE by matching a complete PURPLE MAGIC "WORD" that is identified with a purple background in the CROSSWORD PUZZLE and a prize legend arrow pointing to that PURPLE MAGIC “WORD”. If you match the complete PURPLE MAGIC “WORD”, you win the corresponding prize identified in the prize legend arrow pointing to that PURPLE MAGIC "WORD".
